Shrimp Vermicelli Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound vermicelli pasta
<br>- 1 pound cooked shrimp
<br>- 2 stalks celery, chopped
<br>- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
<br>- 1 clove garlic, crushed
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
<br>- 1 cup mayonnaise
<br>- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
<br>step 2: Toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, Parmesan, salt and pepper.  Chill before serving.
