Simple Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon white sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1 cup milk
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
<br>- 1 teaspoon margarine, softened

<br>step 1: In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. In a separate large bowl, beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, vegetable oil and margarine. Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture; mix until smooth.
<br>step 2: Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
