Slow-Cooked Tangy Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/4 cups vinegar
<br>- 1/2 cup ketchup
<br>- 2 tablespoons white sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 dash ground black pepper
<br>- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
<br>- 2 pounds pork spareribs

<br>step 1: Combine vinegar, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and oil in a slow cooker; mix well. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet and brown ribs.   You can cut the ribs into serving sizes before  browning, if you would like.
<br>step 2: Transfer ribs to slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
