Slow Cooker Creamed Spinach Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained and squeezed dry
<br>- 2 cups cottage cheese
<br>- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
<br>- 3 eggs, beaten
<br>- 1 1/2 cups cubed process American cheese
<br>- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt

<br>step 1: Grease a 4 1/2 quart slow cooker. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, cottage cheese, butter, American cheese, eggs, flour and salt until everything is evenly distributed. Transfer to the greased slow cooker.
<br>step 2: Cook on high for one hour, then reduce heat to low, and continue to cook for 4 to 5 hours.
