Smoked Gouda with Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup finely chopped, peeled, cored fresh pineapple
<br>- 1/4 cup finely chopped red or green onion
<br>- 1/3 cup apricot or pineapple preserves
<br>- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
<br>- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
<br>- Smoked Gouda, sliced into 1-ounce pieces
<br>- Butter Crisp ToastedsĀ® Crackers

<br>step 1: Toss all ingredients in a small bowl to blend.
