Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1- 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large red onion, cut into 1/2" wedges
- 1 (14 ounce) package ButterballĀ® Turkey Smoked Sausage, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes

Directions
step 1: Heat grill or broiler. Toss vegetable squares in oil and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
step 2: Thread smoked sausage with alternating vegetable pieces on 8 skewers.
step 3: Grill or broil 10 minutes, turning often.
