Solomon Grundy Recipe
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed vegetable soup
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
- salt and pepper to taste
step 1: Brown beef in a large skillet over medium high heat; drain fat.
step 2: Stir in vegetable soup and water, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
