Sour Cream Custard Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
<br>- 3  egg yolks, beaten
<br>- 1 ½ cups sour cream
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- 1 cup raisins

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a large mixing bowl combine egg yolks, sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly. Stir in raisins. Pour mixture into pie shell.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted halfway between center and edge of filling comes out clean. Chill before serving.
