Sour Cream Raisin Pie III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1  prepared 8 inch pastry shell
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- 1 cup sour cream
<br>- 1 cup raisins

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, beat eggs lightly.  Stir in sugar, salt, and spices.  Stir in sour cream and raisins.  Pour filling into  pastry shell.
<br>step 3: Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  Bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out dry.  Serve warm.
