Southern Comfort Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (29 ounce) cans sweet potatoes, drained
<br>- 1/2 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1/4 cup orange juice
<br>- 3 eggs, beaten
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/2 cup Southern Comfort liqueur
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
<br>- 1/2 cup light brown sugar

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the butter, cinnamon, orange juice, eggs, salt, and liqueur. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix the pecans and brown sugar in a small bowl, and sprinkle evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
