Spicy Collard Greens Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 6 slices bacon
<br>- 1 bunch collard greens, rinsed and trimmed
<br>- ⅓ cup vinegar
<br>- salt to taste
<br>- ground black pepper to taste
<br>- ground cayenne pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
<br>step 2: Bring a large pot of water to a boil.  Add collard greens, bacon (with grease), vinegar, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
<br>step 3: Boil until greens are tender, about 30 minutes.
