Spicy and Sour Soup Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 2 cups vegetable stock

<br>- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
<br>- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
<br>- 3 tablespoons water
<br>- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
<br>- 1/2 pound fresh snow peas
<br>- 1 pound firm tofu, cubed
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained

<br>step 1: Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add peppers and onion; stir-fry about 5 minutes.
