Spinach Casserole with Cottage Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups seashell pasta
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
<br>- 1 slice day old bread, toasted
<br>- 3 tablespoons melted butter

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.  Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
<br>step 3: In a 2 quart casserole dish combine cooked pasta, spinach and cottage cheese; mix well.
<br>step 4: In a small bowl crumble the toast and add melted butter.  Sprinkle over spinach mixture.
<br>step 5: Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
