Stouffer's Baked French Toast Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (12 ounce) package STOUFFER'S® frozen Harvest Apples, defrosted
<br>- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
<br>- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
<br>- 3 eggs
<br>- 1 cup milk
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 6 slices bread
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: MELT butter in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Add brown sugar and Harvest Apples; stir well.
<br>step 2: WHISK eggs, milk and vanilla extract in medium bowl until well combined.  Dip bread into egg mixture; place on top of apples.
<br>step 3: BAKE in preheated 350 degree F. oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until bread centers are firm.
