Strawberry Soup IV Recipe

Ingredients <br>- 1 cup dry white wine <br>- 1/3 cup white sugar <br>- 2 cups chopped strawberries <br>- 1 cup orange juice <br><p></p>Directions <br>step 1: In a small saucepan mix wine and sugar, and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat. Let cool. <br>step 2: Puree strawberries and wine mixture in a blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth and then stir in orange juice. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. <br>
