Sunset Patio Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 8 ounces penne pasta
<br>- 4 cups assorted vegetable pieces (such as zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper, mushrooms and onions)
<br>- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
<br>- 3 teaspoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning, divided
<br>- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions.
<br>step 2: Toss vegetables with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon Grill Mates(R) Montreal Chicken Seasoning.  Place vegetables in a grill basket or on skewers; grill until tender, about 8-10 minutes, turning frequently.
<br>step 3: Combine balsamic vinegar, remaining oil and remaining Grill Mates(R) Montreal Chicken Seasoning in a large bowl. Add cooked pasta and vegetables and toss well.  Serve warm or chilled.
