Svelte Blue Cheese Dressing and Dip Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
<br>- 1/4 cup NESTLE® CARNATION® Nonfat Dry Milk
<br>- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
<br>- 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
<br>- 1 small clove garlic, peeled and minced
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon salt

<br>step 1: To thicken yogurt, stretch a piece of cheesecloth over a bowl and place yogurt on top of the cheesecloth. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Let yogurt drain for several hours or overnight.
<br>step 2: In a small bowl, stir together drained yogurt and milk. Mix in green onions, blue cheese, garlic, basil, rosemary and salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
