Sweet 'n Sour Glazed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
<br>- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLEĀ® Pineapple Chunks, undrained
<br>- 3 teaspoons packed brown sugar
<br>- 3 tablespoons ketchup
<br>- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
<br>- 2 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
<br>- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

<br>step 1: Grill or broil chicken 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
<br>step 2: Combine pineapple chunks, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and ginger in saucepan.  Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
<br>step 3: Spoon sauce over broiled or grilled chicken, before serving.
