Sweet 'n Sour Glazed Chicken Recipe
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLE® Pineapple Chunks, undrained
- 3 teaspoons packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white or cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
step 1: Grill or broil chicken 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
step 2: Combine pineapple chunks, brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch and ginger in saucepan. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
step 3: Spoon sauce over broiled or grilled chicken, before serving.
