Sweet Onions with Radish Sauce Recipe
- 2 large sweet onions cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped radishes
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
step 1: Brush both sides of onion slices with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the onions directly on grill rack. Grill, covered, over indirect heat for 8 minutes on each side or until crisp-tender.
step 2: In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, radishes and dill. Serve with the onions.
