Sweet Potato Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (9 ounce) package Tyson® Frozen, Fully Cooked Diced Chicken Breast
<br>- 1 pound small red potatoes, cooked and cubed
<br>- 1 (1 pound) sweet potato, cooked, peeled and cubed
<br>- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed, cooked and drained
<br>- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
<br>- 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
<br>- 2 tablespoons milk
<br>- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

<br>step 1: PREP: CLEAN: Wash hands. In large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes and green beans. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, milk, dill weed, salt and pepper.
<br>step 2: SERVE: Pour mayonnaise mixture over chicken mixture; stir gently to coat evenly. Serve with warm pita bread, cut in triangles.
<br>step 3: CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
