Sweet Potato Pie V Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes

<br>- 3 cups white sugar
<br>- 4  egg yolks
<br>- 1 cup half-and-half cream
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
