Swope Bread Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 4 cups whole wheat flour
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 teaspoons salt
<br>- 4 teaspoons baking soda
<br>- 4 cups buttermilk

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve baking soda in buttermilk. Stir buttermilk into flour mixture. Beat well. Pour batter into prepared pans.
