Taco Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16 ounce) jar ORTEGA® Salsa Prima Homestyle Mild
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced ripe olives
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions
Directions
step 1: COOK ground beef and seasoning according to taco seasoning package directions. Combine macaroni, salsa, ground beef mixture, cheese, olives and onions; mix well. Serve warm.
