Taco Rice Skillet Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (1 cup) pouches frozen BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
<br>- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
<br>- 2 cups water
<br>- 1 medium tomato, chopped
<br>- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
<br>- 1/2 cup Mexican-style shredded cheese
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: COOK burger in large nonstick skillet as directed on package.
<br>step 2: ADD rice, water, tomato and taco seasoning mix; stir until well blended. Bring to boil.  Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
<br>step 3: SERVE topped with shredded lettuce and other taco toppings, if desired.
