Tahini-Battered Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 4 tablespoons tahini
<br>- ⅓ cup whole wheat flour
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 2 teaspoons egg white
<br>- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package firm tofu, cubed

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  Spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray.
<br>step 2: Mix together the tahini, wheat flour, garlic, egg white, soy sauce, and water in a large bowl.  Toss in the tofu, and mix so the tofu is coated.  Arrange tofu in prepared baking dish.
<br>step 3: Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in preheated oven.
