Tamale Pie I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground beef
<br>- 1 yellow onion
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
<br>- 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
<br>- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
<br>- 1/2 cup milk
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives, chopped
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1 cup cornmeal
<br>- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a large skillet, cook meat, onion and garlic until done. Drain fat.
<br>step 3: Add tomatoes and creamed corn.  Add milk, olives, eggs and cornmeal.  Bring to a boil.
<br>step 4: Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes. Put the cheese on top for the last 5 minutes of baking.
