Tanya's Ginger Punch Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 1/2 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 (1 inch) pieces crystallized ginger
<br>- 4 cinnamon sticks
<br>- 3 cups orange juice
<br>- 1 cup pineapple juice
<br>- 1/2 cup lemon juice
<br>- 1 liter lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

<br>step 1: In a sauce pan, combine water, sugar, crystallized ginger and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
<br>step 2: Pour syrup into a pitcher. Add orange, pineapple and lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, pour into a punch bowl and slowly add the lemon-lime soda.
