Tasty Taco Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 tablespoons olive oil
<br>- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
<br>- 1 small onion, diced
<br>- 2 (16 ounce) cans vegetarian baked beans
<br>- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

<br>step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the green chile peppers and onion, and cook until tender.
<br>step 2: Place baked beans in the saucepan. Stirring often, cook 10 minutes, or until beans are a smooth, mashed mixture.
<br>step 3: Mix in taco seasoning mix and salsa. Transfer to a medium serving bowl. Top with Cheddar cheese. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes, if  necessary, to melt the cheese. Serve warm.
