Tender Beef Teriyaki Skewers Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (20 ounce) can DOLEĀ® Pineapple Chunks
<br>- 1 pound top round steak, cubed
<br>- 1/2 cup bottled honey teriyaki or teriyaki marinade and sauce, divided
<br>- 1 large DOLE Green or Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Place steak in shallow non-metallic dish.  Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over steak.  Cover, marinate 15 minutes in refrigerator.
<br>step 2: Thread pineapple chunks, steak and bell peppers onto skewers. Brush with remaining marinade.
<br>step 3: Grill or broil 8 to 12 minutes turning and brushing occasionally with marinade during grilling.  Discard any remaining marinade.  Serve with rice, if desired.
