Teriyaki Turkey Kabobs Recipe
- 10 green onions
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup teriyaki marinade
- 16 bamboo skewers
step 1: Preheat broiler.
step 2: Cut turkey into 3/4-inch cubes. Place turkey, green onions and red peppers in food storage bag. Seal bag; refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
step 3: Meanwhile, soak 16 bamboo skewers in cold water at least 30 minutes.
step 4: Thread all ingredients onto wooden skewers; brush with marinade. Broil until heated through and browned, 3 to 4 minutes, turning once.
