Tex-Mex Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
<br>- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
<br>- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
<br>- 1/2 cup sliced celery
<br>- 2/3 cup salsa
<br>- 1/2 cup sour cream
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
<br>- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
<br>- 12 medium taco shells
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In a large bowl, combine the tuna, olives, green onions and celery; toss together.
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, sour cream and cumin. Pour over tuna mixture; lightly toss to mix.
<br>step 3: Line taco shells with shredded lettuce and spoon tuna mixture into shells. Drizzle with additional salsa or top with additional sour cream if desired.
