Texas Bean Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
<br>- 3  eggs, beaten
<br>- ¾ cup white sugar
<br>- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pie shell in a 9 inch pie pan.
<br>step 2: In a food processor, puree beans until smooth. In a medium bowl, combine beans, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt; beat well. Pour mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
<br>step 3: Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean. Cool before serving.
