Texas Grilled Steak Recipe
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sour cream
step 1: Brush steak with oil.
step 2: Combine the next 3 ingredients to make a paste. Rub paste over steak and refrigerate overnight
step 3: Broil or grill and slice thinly to serve.
step 4: Wrap steak in warm flour tortillas. Serve with salsa, Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
