Texas Hash with Fish Fillets Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 2 large onions, chopped
<br>- 1 large green pepper, chopped
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes

<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
