Three Cheese Breakfast Bake Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ (1 pound) loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch cubes
<br>- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
<br>- ¼ pound Swiss cheese, shredded
<br>- ¼ pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
<br>- 2 cups diced cooked ham
<br>- 8  eggs, beaten
<br>- 1 ½ cups milk
<br>- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
<br>- salt and pepper to taste
<br>- ¾ cup sour cream
<br>- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

<br>step 1: Arrange bread in the bottom of a lightly greased medium baking dish, and drizzle with butter. Top with Swiss cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and ham.
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, blend eggs, milk, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the baking dish. Cover, and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
<br>step 3: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Blend sour cream and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl, and set aside.
<br>step 4: Bake the layered mixture 1 hour in the preheated oven.
<br>step 5: Spread sour cream mixture over the surface of the baked dish, and continue cooking about 10 minutes, until surface is lightly browned. Allow to sit about 15 minutes before serving.
