Tofu Veggie Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound firm tofu, crumbled
<br>- 2  carrots, grated
<br>- 1  cucumber, cleaned and diced
<br>- 6  green onions, chopped
<br>- 2 cups fresh peas
<br>- 1 (2 ounce) can chopped black olives
<br>- ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
<br>- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared mustard

<br>step 1: In a medium size mixing bowl combine tofu, carrots, cucumber, green onions, assorted vegetables, black olives, teriyaki sauce and Dijon mustard. Mix well.
