Tortellini Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 27 ounces tri-colored cheese-filled tortellini
<br>- 1 (2 pound) package mixed vegetables
<br>- 1 pound snow peas
<br>- 1/4 cup corn oil
<br>- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
<br>- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix

<br>step 1: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente, rinse under cold water and drain.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, combine the pasta, oil and salad dressing mix; toss together. Add vegetables and  cheese; mix well, cover and refrigerate over night.
