Triple Berry Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
<br>- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
<br>- 1 cup blueberries
<br>- 1 (9 inch) baked pastry shell, cooled
<br>- 3/4 cup sugar
<br>- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
<br>- 1 1/2 cups water
<br>- 1 (3 ounce) package JELL-O Brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) container COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

<br>step 1: Mix berries in large bowl. Pour into pastry shell.
<br>step 2: Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Pour over berries in pastry shell.
<br>step 3: Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Spread whipped topping over pie before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
