Tropical Grilled Flank Steak with Fresh Fruit Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/2 pounds beef flank steak
<br>- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
<br>- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
<br>- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
<br>- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
<br>- 1 teaspoon sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
<br>- 1 orange, thinly sliced
<br>- Orange Wedges
<br>- Fresh Cilantro
<br>- *Fresh Fruit Salsa:
<br>- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
<br>- 1/2 cup diced mango
<br>- 1/2 cup diced papaya
<br>- 1/2 cup diced green apple
<br>- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
<br>- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
<br>- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
<br>- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
<br>- 4 teaspoons sugar
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Combine orange juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, oil, sugar, orange peel, garlic, salt and hot pepper sauce. Place beef steak in a plastic bag; add marinade, turning to coat. Place orange slices on top of steak. Close bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours (or overnight, if desired), turning occasionally. Pour off marinade and orange slices; discard.
<br>step 2: Place steak on grid over medium coals.** Grill 10 to 14 minutes, turning once.  Prepare fruit salsa. Carve steak into thin slices. Serve steak with salsa. Garnish with orange wedges and cilantro.
<br>step 3: To make Fresh Fruit Salsa:  Combine pineapple, mango, papaya, apple, red and green pepper, vinegar, cilantro sugar and red pepper (May be prepared in advance if desired.)  Yield:  About 2 1/2 cups
