Unbelievable Pineapple Cake Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 ½ cups white sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking soda
<br>- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, with juice
<br>- 8 ounces flaked coconut
<br>- 1 cup chopped walnuts
<br>- ¼ cup butter
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
<br>- 3 cups confectioners' sugar

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and baking soda. Add eggs and mix until well blended. Fold in the pineapple, coconut and walnuts. Pour into the prepared pan.
<br>step 3: Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven. In a medium bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese. Mix in the confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
