Urban Legend Cookies II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 4 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 5 cups rolled oats
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking soda
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- 2 cups butter
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- 2 cups packed brown sugar
<br>- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
<br>- 4  eggs
<br>- 4 cups semisweet chocolate chips
<br>- 8 ounces finely grated chocolate bar
<br>- 3 cups chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. In a blender or food processor, process the oats until finely chopped.
<br>step 3: Add the chopped oats, flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder into the creamed butter and sugar mixture and mix well.  Stir in the chocolate and nuts.
<br>step 4: Roll dough into 1 1/2 - 2 inch balls (do not press) and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.  Bake for 10 minutes.
