V-Eight Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound lean ground beef
<br>- 48 ounces tomato-vegetable juice cocktail
<br>- 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables

<br>step 1: Place ground beef in a Dutch oven or slow cooker. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain excess fat, and crumble. Add juice cocktail and mixed vegetables.
<br>step 2: In a Dutch oven, simmer for 30 minutes.
<br>step 3: In a slow cooker, cook 1 hour on High. Then reduce heat to Low and simmer 6 to 8 hours.
