Vegetable Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn
<br>- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
<br>- 1/4 cup cornmeal
<br>- 2 cups canola oil for frying

<br>step 1: Heat oil in a deep-fryer or heavy saucepan to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, stir together the corn, flour and pepper. Drop balls of the mixture into cornmeal to coat.
<br>step 3: Fry the nuggets for about 4 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels, and serve hot.
