Very Berry Strawberry Smoothie Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Graham Cracker Pie Crust
<br>- 1/3 cup cranberry juice
<br>- 1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin powder
<br>- 3 cups chopped strawberries
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) container raspberry yogurt
<br>- Whipped cream (garnish)
<br>- Strawberries (garnish)

<br>step 1: Pour juice into medium microwaveable bowl, sprinkle gelatin over juice. Let stand 5 minutes to dissolve.  Heat juice and gelatin in microwave on High for 15 seconds, stir, repeat.
<br>step 2: Pour juice mixture into blender, add fruit, yogurt, and liquid gelatin.  Puree for 3 minutes until smooth.
<br>step 3: Pour into pie shell and refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
