Vinegar Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3  egg yolks
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- ¼ cup butter, melted
<br>- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
<br>- 1 ½ cups water
<br>- 6 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C.)
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar. Stir in the melted butter and flour.  Add the lemon juice, water, and vinegar; mix together until filling is smooth.  Pour into pie shell.
<br>step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
