Waikiki Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 cups buttermilk baking mix
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
<br>- 3 eggs
<br>- 1 1/4 cups milk
<br>- 1 cup butter, melted

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
<br>step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine baking mix, sugar, baking powder and cornmeal.
<br>step 3: In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and melted butter; beat until creamy. Stir in flour mixture until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pan.
<br>step 4: Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Serve warm.
