Warm Chicken Caesar Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 8 Tyson® Individually Fresh Frozen Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 1 cup uncooked instant rice
<br>- 3/4 (8 ounce) bottle fat-free Caesar salad dressing
<br>- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
<br>- 2 cups shredded lettuce
<br>- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
<br>- 1/2 cup seasoned croutons (optional)

<br>step 1: Wash hands. Rinse chicken to remove ice glaze. Wash hands.
<br>step 2: Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high. Add chicken; cook 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and done (internal temp 170 degrees F).
<br>step 3: Add water. Bring to a boil; add rice. Cover, remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in salad dressing. Fill each tortilla with lettuce, chicken and rice mixture, tomatoes and croutons. Fold in sides of tortilla and then roll up.  Serve with black beans and fresh fruit, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
