White Cookie Cake Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup margarine
<br>- 1 ⅔ cups white sugar
<br>- 5  eggs
<br>- 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed
<br>- ⅓ cup milk
<br>- ¼ cup applesauce
<br>- 1 ¾ cups flaked coconut
<br>- 1 cup chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl cream the margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in the crushed cookies, and coconut alternately with the milk. Stir in the applesauce.
<br>step 3: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
