White Velvet Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pint heavy cream
<br>- 1/2 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 2 tablespoons cold water
<br>- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
<br>- 1 pint sour cream

<br>step 1: In medium saucepan, heat cream over medium heat until bubbles form at edges.  Stir in sugar and salt.  Remove from heat and set aside.
<br>step 2: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften.  Stir gelatin mixture into sour cream; then stir sour cream mixture into sweetened cream.  Pour into a small mold and chill in refrigerator until set.
