White Wine Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 1 tablespoon white sugar
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 pinch ground black pepper

<br>step 1: Place the oil, vinegar, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper into a jar with a tight fitting lid. Close the lid, and shake vigorously to blend. Use right away, or store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
